Our live catalog contains more than 50,000 products from over 1,200 manufacturers, searchable on our brands page. Requests for brands not currently in our catalog are welcome and often sourced on demand.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship globally wherever delivery is legally permitted. Our core market is Europe: all EU member states, EEA countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the Balkans. Beyond Europe, we regularly supply customers in the United States, the Middle East, North Africa, and across Asia (Vietnam, China, South Korea, Japan). All shipments comply with EU and international trade sanctions.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is €6,000 net per shipment. Orders are shipped exclusively in full pallets, standard is layer-pure or single-product pallets. Mixed pallets are available on request. This pallet-only model keeps our operation efficient and our prices internationally competitive for serious B2B customers.

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET). Quote requests submitted through our website or by email typically receive a complete offer, including product availability, unit prices, and delivery timeline, within one business day.

Who is a typical customer?

Accepted Answer

Our customer base spans three main segments: independent retailers and regional store chains, larger retail groups and supermarket brands, and exporters or re-sellers serving markets outside the European Union. We work equally with specialty retailers, cash-and-carry wholesalers, and international trading companies. All customers are commercial entities holding a valid VAT identification number.

Are your products original branded goods?

Yes. All products we distribute are 100% original branded goods sourced directly from manufacturers and through authorized European distribution channels. Within the European Economic Area, the cross-border distribution of branded goods is fully legal under the EU trademark exhaustion principle (Art. 15 EU Trade Mark Regulation). Goods arrive in their original manufacturer packaging with all traceability features intact. Batch numbers, lot codes, and best-before dates are never altered.

Do you ship temperature-controlled goods?

We currently supply ambient-temperature FMCG only. Chilled or frozen goods requiring an uninterrupted cold chain are not yet part of our range. A dedicated temperature-controlled warehouse is part of our mid-term expansion plans. For specific chilled or frozen requirements, please reach out to us.

What shelf life do customers receive?

We do not operate a long-term stock warehouse. Goods are sourced directly from manufacturers against confirmed customer demand, meaning products shipped to you are typically fresh from the current manufacturing cycle. Manufacturer-specified minimum shelf life figures are communicated per article on request. If close-to-BBD goods are ever offered, this is always explicitly disclosed in the quote.

What payment terms do you offer?

Accepted Answer

First orders are processed on a prepayment basis. For established business relationships, we offer flexible net payment terms tailored to each customer, subject to a successful credit check. All prices are quoted strictly net, exclusive of VAT, packaging, and freight costs. EU intra-community delivery without VAT is available for customers with a valid VAT identification number.
